Orders & delivery
Do you deliver across India?
Yes. We ship to more than 19,000 pin codes across India through trusted courier partners. Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days and usually arrive within 4–8 working days; metro cities are often quicker. Larger floor lamps and wall art may take a little longer as they are packed in custom wooden crates.
Is cash on delivery available?
Cash on delivery is available on most pin codes for orders up to ₹25,000. You can also pay securely by UPI, credit or debit card, net banking or EMI at checkout.
Lighting & installation
Do you help with installing wall lights and hanging lamps?
Every light comes with a mounting kit and an illustrated installation guide. Wall lights can be fitted by any local electrician in under 30 minutes. For hanging lamps and heavy pieces, we recommend a professional installer; in select cities we can arrange one for you — just message us after placing your order.
Which bulbs do your lamps use? Are they included?
Each product page lists the holder type. Most of our wall lights, hanging lamps and floor lamps use standard E27 holders, while compact crystal fittings use G9 capsule bulbs. We recommend warm white (2700K–3000K) LED bulbs for a cosy glow and lower electricity bills. Bulbs are not included unless mentioned on the product page.
Returns & sizing
What if my order arrives broken?
We pack every piece with multi-layer protection, but if anything is damaged in transit, please share an unboxing video or photos with us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Can you help me choose the right size?
Yes. Every wall art page has a size guide with the size of each piece and the space the full set takes on your wall. If you are unsure, share your wall size and a photo of the space with us on WhatsApp or email and we will suggest the right size, number of pieces and arrangement.
